Lillian Bowen Davis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Bowen Davis of Laurinburg, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Festus Bowen and Bessie Allen Bowen; her husband Percy Wayne Davis; her siblings, Charlie Livingston Bowen, Emma Hill and Mary Tyner; and her grandson Christopher Stuart McLean.
She is survived by : her daughters, Connie Budz (Ken) of Allen, TX, Susan Oriet (Mike) of Whispering Pines, NC and Allison McLean (Steve) of Pinehurst, NC; her grandchildren, Tim Goodwin (Jenny), Meghann Rigmaiden (Ryan), David McLean (Sarah) and Jon Oriet; and her great grandchildren, Chris, Mike, Allison, Clementine, Samuel and Joseph.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chris McLean Memorial Scholarship Fund. Checks can be made out to the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, with "474835-Chris McLean Scholarship" in the memo and mailed to: UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy 194 Finley Golf Course Road.
