She is survived by: her children, Lisa Strickland Tew of Laurinburg, NC, Dayton Mitchell of Clayton, GA and Brian Mitchell of Charleston, SC; and her brothers, Ricky Strickland, Michael "Macky" Strickland (Anita) and Craig Strickland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and her many nieces and nephews.
