He was predeceased by: his parents, Locke Thomas Walters, Sr. and Flora Kathleen Wellington Walters; his son Locke Thomas "Trad" Walters III; and his grandson Kyle Levin Walters. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Walters Pepe (Frank Pepe) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Frank Pepe, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC, Nadia Walters of Laurinburg, NC and Zara Walters of Laurinburg, NC. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Walters requested donations to be made in his memory to the First Baptist Church of Laurinburg, P.O. Box 883, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
