She is survived by: her husband Benny Creek; her sons, Jonathan "Jon" Craig Smith (Renee) of Salisbury and Floyd Creek (Lara) of Vale; her grandchildren, Jonathan C. Smith, Jr., Robyn Lois Smith, Shea Smith, Alycia S. Wilson (Justin), Landon Wade Creek, Shane Smith and Gage Smith; her siblings, Alex Parrish of Myrtle Beach, SC, Charles Parrish of Virginia and Joyce P. Miller of Raleigh; her niece Kimberly Miller Ahrens (James Ahrens); and her great-niece Savannah Ahrens. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
