She was predeceased by: her father Edward Zielinski; and her sister Michele Zielinski. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Abernethy Zielinski of East Laurinburg; her husband Robert Thomas; her children, Richard Thomas (Ann) of Marston, Robert Thomas, II (Gail) of Laurinburg and Michele Thomas Hegwer (Kenneth) of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Angela Dawn Hudson, James Stephen Hudson (Heather), Courtney Hegwer Reed (Huley) and Cayleigh M. Hegwer; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Hudson, Dustin Hudson, Brian Hudson, Joshua Reed, Kenleigh Reed, Brenna Reed, Hailie Cox and Bobby Cox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
