She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gibson and Grace Peace Gibson; her husband Michael "Mike"; and her children, Candy Hyatt and Brian Hyatt.
She is survived by: her son Michael Hyatt of Burlington, NC; and her sister Shirley Hall of Kentucky. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; along with a host of loving extended family and friends.
