She is survived by: her husband Zaniel Hawkins; her children, Elizabeth Cole (Johnny), Beverly Kubelczik (Jeff), William Hawkins (Annie), Dennis Hawkins, Timothy Hawkins and Richard Hawkins (Makayla); her grandchildren, Amanda McNickle, Lisa Lovell, Michael Lovell, Jessica Simmons, Michell Hunt, Eric Williams, Jennifer Hawkins and Amber Hawkins; and her siblings, Amos Gates, Jim Gates and Netta Meeks. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
