She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Allen and Elsie Mishoe Williams; her significant other Lawrence Thomas Walters (L. T.); her sons, Michael and Pat Walters; her siblings, Marjorie Allen, Mary Williams, Doris Peele, Jackie Williams and Billy Frank Williams; and her sister-in-law Evie Hinson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Clark (Tommy) of Laurel Hill, NC, Barbara Shoemake of Wagram, NC, Elsie Granville (Blanchard) of Pinehurst, NC, Joe Williams of Ocala, FL and Gerald Williams (Levon) of Laurinburg, NC.; her daughters-in-law, Anne Raber and Terri Rash Walters; her grandchildren, Thomas P. Walters, II (Jeri Lynn) of Wagram, NC, Rev. Glenn Walters (Emily) of Fort Mill, SC and Kasey Norton (Michael) of Charlotte, NC.; and her close friends, Donnie Stanton and Edell Freeman.
