He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hyatt and Lillie Mae Cook Hyatt; his wife Mary Jackson Hyatt; and his siblings, LeGrande Hyatt, Jake Hyatt, Edward Hyatt, Archie Hyatt, Leon Hyatt, Robert Hyatt, Ima Graves, Linda Herring, Carolyn Powell and Eva Lovelace.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Hyatt (Dara), Gloria Stanley (Don) of Laurinburg and Lynn Hyatt of Laurinburg; his sister Roxie Caulder of Dillon, SC; his grandchildren, Donna McQueen (James), Bradley Neumann, Jr. (Haley), Jackson Hyatt, Olivia Hyatt and Hogan Hyatt; his great grandchild Dawson McQueen; and his nephew Larry Hyatt. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
