She is survived by: her father Luther Todd of Laurinburg; her husband Kelly Cowey, Jr.; her siblings, Donnie Ray Todd (Tiffany) of Laurinburg and Linda Kay Todd Galligan (Timothy) of Gibson; and her goddaughters, Kara Oxendine and Kayla Todd. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
