It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Locklear II of Laurinburg, North Carolina, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shelly, Vancie Locklear, Clem and Delia Sturdivant. He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Locklear and Diane Locklear of Laurinburg; his sister Heather Locklear Cox (Russell) of Laurinburg; and his nephew Emery Cox. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
