With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Weatherly Fletcher (Laurinburg, North Carolina), born in McColl, South Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Fletcher of McColl; and her son David Riley Fletcher. She is survived by: her sons, John W. Fletcher III (Karen) and Charles R. Fletcher (Kathy); her grandchildren, Johannah Jordan Fletcher, Carrie Jane Fletcher, Matthew Fletcher and John Fletcher; and her great grandchildren, Sophia and Riley.
Honoring Sarah's wishes, the family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, any memorials should be made to First United Methodist Church, 101 West Church Street, Laurinburg, N.C. 28352.
