He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert Tracy and Polly Tracy; his grandfather Harold White; his wife Sandra; his children, Bill Tracy of Wagram, NC, Kim Brown (Robert) of Laurinburg, NC and Amber Letteer (Drew) of Concord, NC.; his grandchildren, Zachary Brown (Kaylin) of Clio, SC, Isabella Tracy of Pinebluff, NC and Peyton Letteer of Concord, NC.; his siblings, Anne Tracy (Mary) of Delaware, Mimi Hamner (Bill) of Fayetteville, GA, Bobby Tracy (Claire) of Denver, NC, Pam Evans (John) of Ash, NC, Teddy Leonard of Shallotte, NC and Paula Hutcheson (Danny) of Fayetteville, GA; and his brothers-in-law, Breck Culler (Denise) of Wilmington, NC and Kevin Culler of Charlotte, NC. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
