We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2026, at the age of 79, Margaret Neal Cochran of Lawndale, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Matthews and Margie Miller Matthews; and her sister Barbara Parker. She is survived by: her husband Daniel "Dan" Roy Cochran; her children, John Rowland (Julie) of Fishers, IN, Alecia Ross of Kings Mountain, Peggy Henderson (Robbie) of Grover and Grady Joe Cochran of Bessemer City; her sisters, Ruth Smith of Gastonia and Terri Hayes (Randy) of Gastonia; her grandsons, Noah Rowland, Evan Rowland, Dylan Ross, Matthew Ross and Austin Henderson (Montanna); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Carter, Waylon and Stetson.
