She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnny Stewart and Fannie Phillips Stewart; her husband Lawrence Johnson; her son Lonzy Johnson; and her siblings, Mable Stewart, Inez Medley, Flossie Graves, Paul Phillip, George Stewart, Raymond Stewart, Charlie Stewart and John Willis Stewart.

She is survived by : her children, Curley J. Brandon of Leasburg, NC, Olean J. Moore (Clarence) of Leasburg, NC, Gloria J. Smith (Stanley) of Milton, NC, Wayne Johnson (Jean) of Leasburg, NC and Benny Johnson (Gloria) of Danville, VA; and her sisters, Josephine Chambers of Milton, NC and Mildred Goods of Milton, NC. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
