He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Ritz Weaver; his children, Tommy Loy Weaver (Rebecca Quinn Weaver), Ariel Danielle Weaver and Haley Elizabeth Weaver; and his siblings, Ronald D. Weaver (Kim) and Pamela Hetu.
