A celebration of Mrs. Foy's life will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28401. ***Kindly note that for the protection of all in attendance, current health and safety protocols are in place where masks and social distancing are required.
