He is survived by: his wife Helen Holloway Fowler; his children, Teresa Griffin (Mike) of Wilmington, NC and Joseph Fowler (Kristine) of Bloomington, IN; his siblings, Junior Fowler of Whiteville, Helen Blawat (Ronnie) of Townsend, WI, Louise Barnes of Whiteville, Loyce Aydell (Larry) of Leland, NC and Joyce Sarvis (Phil) of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Kennedy Fowler and Jefferson Fowler His; Donald Fowler (Nancy) of Whiteville and David Fowler of Nichols, SC.
