Oliver and Ida Oliver (McBride); his siblings, John Oliver, Jr., Lillian Oliver, Bertha Lee Oliver, Samuel Oliver and Eddie Lee Oliver; his daughter April Miller (Willie, Jr.); his siblings, Gracelia Anthony (Willie) and Eugene Oliver; and his grandchildren, Whitney Miller, Wendy Miller and Willie Miller, III. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines including required masks with social distancing, a Celebration of Life will be held graveside at 10 a. m., Friday, April 9, 2021, at Federal Point Cemetery.
