He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard D. Rines, Sr. and Olivia Rines (Geidt); his wife Theresamarie DiSabato Rines; his children, Richard Rines, III (Sara) of Middletown and Christine Fusco of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Anthony, Isabella, Paul, Richie, Peter, Gianna, Emily and Theresa; his sisters, Susan Egan (Thomas) of Leland, Jane Hubbart (John) of Ruther Glen, Virginia and Priscilla Arling (Gregory) of Indianapolis; and his brother-in-law Paul DiSabato of Mt. Vernon. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
