She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Herman and Ila Herman; and her husband Fred Hendrix. She is survived by : her daughter Beth Cook (Jeff); her grandson Jonathan Cook (Taylor Hudgins); her great grandchildren, Paisley Cook and Piper Tarr; and her siblings, Jim Herman (Judy), Dennis Herman (Betsy) and Brenda Kanipe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
