She was predeceased by : her parents, William "Ken" McKinley Benfield and Hilda Mae Kirby Benfield; and her brothers, Dennis McKinley Benfield and William Michael Benfield. She is survived by : her sons, David Minton (Beth) of Granite Falls, Kenneth Hair (Jennifer) of Lenoir and Mark Holman (Thalia) of Conover; her grandsons, Devin Minton (Taylor) and Dalton Minton (Summer); and her great grandchild Dawson Minton.
