She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Young and Lula Simmons Young; her grandfather F. Young; her husband Arthur McNairy Caudle; and her siblings, Bruce, Clyde, John, David Young and Mary Louise Young Kennedy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Anne Caudle (Sam Love) and Carol Caudle Simmons (Mark); her grandchildren, Jake Claffee (Sarah), David Love (Kevin Wells), Jess Claffee (Leah), Dustin Love (Meagan Barnes), Joe Claffee (Jenna), Rachel Claffee (Andrew Cassidy) and Dalton Simmons (Harley); and her great grandchildren, Kolby, Lauren, Trysten, Ethan and Ember.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lower Creek Baptist Church (633 Lower Creek Dr NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
