He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin James and Marilyn Marie Boshoven Kaye; and his sister Jane Soloman. He is survived by: his wife Kyle Ferski Kaye; his daughters, Sarah Whalen (Tim), Danielle Oster (Reece) and Isabel Johnson; his siblings, Margo Barr (Dan) and Mike Kaye (Dawn); his granddaughter Adelaide Whalen; and his parents-in-law, Michael Ferski and Lynn Willcutt (Roger). He is also survived by three nieces, four nephews, twelve great-nieces and nephews.
