He is survived by : his wife Lela Barker; his children, Terry Vance (Ailyn), Joby Barker (Kim), Michelle Barker and Jennifer Snow (Scott); his grandchildren, Kyra Vance, Joshua Barker, Jared Barker, Jon Barker, Cody Snow (Anna) and Bethanie Snow; his great grandchild Emmeline Snow; and his sister Peggy Wilkins.
