We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Christoper Todd Foltz of Lewisville, North Carolina, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Erta Houck Foltz. He is survived by : his wife Nicole Mabe Foltz; his son Mason Adler Foltz; his father Larry Foltz (Carol); his siblings, Scott Foltz of Winston-Salem, NC, Gavin Foltz (Michelle) of Apex, NC and Kelly Foltz Stubbs (Andy) of Newtown, CT; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Dee Mabe of Madison, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid-19 protocol, a very small private service for the family will be held at Salem Funeral Home of Winston-Salem, NC.

In Lieu of flowers, please consider donating in Todd's honor to the Forsyth Humane Society, 4881 Country Club Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
