It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Ray Spainhour of Lewisville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Marvin Spainhour and Flora Dull Spainhour; his former life partner Helen Thomas Spainhour; his son Kenny Spainhour; and his siblings, James, Fred, Glen, Mildred, Thelma, Linda and Shirley.

He is survived by : his children, Paul Spainhour, Jr. (Patricia), Tony Spainhour (Tammy), Lynn Treadaway, Joni Parks (Keith), Kim Sink (Jimmy) and Angie Spainhour (Robert Stevens); his daughter-in-law Robin Spainhour; and his siblings, Dallas Spainhour and Lorene Groce (Ralph). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care of Davie County or to the charity of your choice.
