He was predeceased by: his parents, Orangie Desco and Edna Church Bell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bell; his son Tony Bell (Melanie); his grandchildren, Matthew, Mallory, Mitchell and Morgan; and his siblings, Margaret Boles and Donald Bell.
