He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Church and Irene Joyce Goslen; and his brothers, Richard Church (Joyce Scott), Bill Coe (Peggy Ellis) and Butch Church (Dixie Pfaff).
He is survived by: his wife Martha Cox Church; his daughter Dydra Anne Church; and his grandson Travis Hester (Aoi Hester).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel (6685 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
