She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Tysinger and Valeria Sturdivant Tysinger; her husband Ronald E. Buzhardt, Jr.; her sister Eugenia Tysinger; and her grandson Joshua Glenn Snell.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Scott Buzhardt (Lynn Buzhardt) of Zachary, LA, Glenda Buzhardt of Winston-Salem and Amy Buzhardt Medlin (Barry Medlin) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Dr. Matthew Buzhardt (Sarah Buzhardt), Dr. Paul Buzhardt (Mary-Katherine Buzhardt), Jonathan Dobey, Tyler Medlin and Bayli Medlin Cook (Dakota Cook); her great grandchildren, Luke Buzhardt, Olivia Buzhardt, Abigail Buzhardt, Emma Buzhardt, Michael Buzhardt and Madeline Buzhardt; and her sisters, Frances Tysinger Robinson of Atlanta, GA and Joanne Tysinger Lanning of Lexington.
