He is survived by: his daughter Annette Fisher Eggleston; his stepdaughter Karen Lewis Davis (Duck); his sister Mary Brazell; his grandchildren, Crystal Eggleston, Jason Lewis, Amanda Tomlin, Tiffany Gray and April Smith; his great grandchildren, Kali, Cameron, Timmy, Anthony, Bella, Eli and Penelope; and his caregivers, Cindy Hayes, April Roberts and Asia.
