She is survived by: her children, Steve Edward "Jody" Lewis, Jr. of Lexington, Linda Ann Lewis of Arkansas and Bertessa Kay Lewis of Lexington; her sister Dianne Marie Lewis of Lexington; her grandchildren, Aurora, Lillianna, Areiala, Vincent and Christy; her nieces, Ashley, Katie, Tequila, Daniclle and Rose; her great-nieces, Rose and Ariel; and her great-nephew Lucas.
