He was predeceased by: his wife Iris; and his daughter Judy. He is survived by: his daughter Sally Patton Winslow; and his grandchildren, Laura Kinney McIntosh (Phil McIntosh) of Spartanburg, Emily Kinney Hanes (Richard Hanes) of Clemmons, Kathryn Kinney Culbertson (Chad Culbertson) of Walkertown, Margaret Davis Winslow of Greensboro, Edward Patton Winslow of Castellón, Plana and Spain. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
