She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Ivey Kepley; her daughter Robin Annette Kepley; her parents, Edger Worth Lackey and Verlie Clarke Anthony; and her siblings, Patrick Lackey, Margaret Greer and Barbara Vestal.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Kepley (Michelle), Tammy Horton and Ginger Owens (Carlton); her siblings, Charles Lackey (Linda), Sylvia Morgan and Judy Brindle; her grandchildren, Michael, Brandon, Justin, Josh of Leah, J. C. and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Kendrick, Layla, Madison, Austin, Gavyn and Ronnie Jr..
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Rebecca's memory to Hinkle Hospice House at 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292, to honor her compassionate spirit and the care she received.
