She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harold Lomax and Annie Pauline Koontz Lomax; her husband Frank Conrad Paquin, Jr.; her sister Polly Lomax; and her brother-in-law Tommy Beck.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Conrad Paquin (Shelley) of Churchland and Sally Paquin Swicegood (Dale) of Linwood; her grandchildren, Brandi Baker, Ethan Swicegood, Noah Stewart and Michael MacCay (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Faith MacCay and Charleigh MacCay; and her siblings, Jay Lomax (Cheryl), Sue Beck and Roxie Rucker Known (Ricky).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Smith Grove Baptist Church or Hospice in honor of Rosa's generous and giving spirit.
