She was predeceased by : her parents, Morris Hall Sawyer and Pauline Dora Brickhouse Sawyer; her husband Herman Odell Gibson; and her daughter Brenda Faye Gibson. She is survived by : her children, Charles Morris Gibson (Dala) of Lexington and Doris Floyd of Thomasville; her brother Guy Sawyer (Faye) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Dawn Bush (Mike) of Thomasville, Jeremy Floyd of Thomasville, Laura Gibson of Lexington, Christopher Gibson of Lexington and Scott Floyd (Dana) of Calabash; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Parker, Eli Gibson, Kyle Floyd and Trevor Floyd.
