He is survived by: the mother of his children Jane Gordon Shoaf Motlow of Lexington, NC; and his children, Theodore Elliott Motlow, III (Holly), Richard Mark Motlow (Connie) and Melody Motlow Williams (Alan). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
