She was predeceased by: her parents, William Adam Dunning and Sadie Everhart Dunning; her husband William Stanley Buie; her brother William Allen Dunning (Kathern); and her brother-in-law Arnold Potts.
She is survived by: her sons, Randall Buie and Gary Buie (Tammy); her sister Wilma Potts; her grandchildren, Carl Buie (Nikki) and Hannah Simerson; and her great grandchildren, Maddie Ketner, Maverick Buie, Ada Simerson, Willow Simerson and Finley Simerson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
