He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fogleman and Annie "Jack" Fogleman; his wife Dottie Fogleman; his daughter Angela Lee Fogleman; and his brother Bruce Fogleman.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Fogleman, Denise Hayes (Marc), Freddie Fogleman and Craig Fogleman; his grandchildren, Mason Hayes, Carmen Smith, Keirstin Fogleman and Tiffany Lindley (Mikey); his great grandchildren, Dakota and Eli; his siblings, Kenneth Fogleman (Sue), Joe Fogleman (Carmen), James Fogleman (Linda) and Janie Parks (Bill); and his pet Cinder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Due to the Coronavirus, the family will have a private service.
