It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Dean Black (Liberty, North Carolina), who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Eugene and Ola Marie Black. He is survived by: his wife Janice T. Black; his children, Jessica Black and Jeremy Black (April); his grandsons, Cooper Black and Beau Black; and his siblings, Melinda Black and Terry Black.
