He is survived by: his stepparents, Douglas McDougal (Cindy) of Lancaster, SC and Patsy Osment Kelly (Kevin) of Lincolnton; his brothers, Matthew McDougal of Iron Station and Justin Rotermund (Andrew) of Denver; and his stepsiblings, Andy Kelly (Deanna) of King, NC, Jacob Kelly of Huntersville and Charlcie Phillips of Chester, SC. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
