With profound sadness, we say goodbye to JoAnne Mitchem Huss (Lincolnton, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Plato Mitchem and Cora Lou Moore Mitchem. She is survived by: her husband James M. Huss; her children, Terry Huss of Lincolnton, Steve Huss (Cynthia) of Lincolnton and Wanda Huss of Lincolnton; her siblings, Randy Mitchem of Atlanta, GA, Tracy Mitchem of Florida, Sherry Hallman of Lincolnton, Sandra Rudisill of Lincolnton and Ginger Townsend of Lincolnton; and her grandchildren, Matthew Huss, Samantha Huss and Andrew Huss. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel (125 Dave Warlick Dr, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
