She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Murry Shultz and Bernice Jean Reese Shultz; her daughter Lori Maxey; and her brother James Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Lee Atwell; her daughters, Lisa Jean Schoonover (Dan) of Mansfield, OH, Stephanie Hope Shaw of Lincolnton and Amy Nichole Shaw of Mansfield, OH; her stepchildren, Tiffany Marie Tertipes (David) of Washington and Anthony Lee Atwell (Jennifer) of Galloway, OH; her grandson Kris Maxey; her stepgrandchildren, James, Amelia and Louis; and her great grandchildren, Lexi and Macy.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Friendly Chapel Baptist Church (6815 East Dr #150, Maiden, NC 28650).
