He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dessie "Faye" Seaberry Elliott; his children, Shanise Elliott, Daniel "Rico" Elliott and Wilbert Elliott, Jr.; his mother Lizzie Elliott; his siblings, James, Samuel, John Earl, Doris, Kathia, Debra, Sylvia and Sennia; his grandchildren, Richard, Frances, Martell, Stacey, Danny, Selena and Aponee; his great grandchildren, Anauel, Mariah, Delani, Rashaud and Zion; and his pet Smokey.
