She is survived by: her children, Tracy Carlton Qualls III (Frances) of Hollister, Lou Ann Qualls Wollett (Art) of Wake Forest and Thomas Patrick Williams Qualls (Jen) of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Thomas Carlton Qualls (Jeremy), Sarah Wollett Midgette (Justin), Aaron Wollett (Addison), Zach Wollett, Christian Wollett, Trace Wollett, Kendall Qualls, Hunt Qualls and Avery Qualls; her great grandchildren, Everly, Delaney, McKinley Midgette, Anna Marie, Franklin Qualls and Fisher Wollett; and her caregivers, Lucy Ann Silver, Shander Rudd, Vonnie Burgess, Minnie Hedgepeth and Baylee Clark.
