She was predeceased by : her siblings, Henry O'Neal, Jack O'Neal, Nellie O'Neal, Junior O'Neal, Tim O'Neal and Joan O'Neal.

She is survived by : her sons, Kelly Faulkner (Nikki) and Terry Faulkner (Kelly); her siblings, Jimmy O'Neal, Wilmont O'Neal and Molly O'Neal Lynch; and her grandchildren, Peyton, Wyatt, Levi, Eli and Silas.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be considered and directed to Sulphur Springs Baptist Church.
