She is survived by: her children, Jonathan "Johnny" Gibson, Michelle Lee Gibson of Monroe and Ann Gibson Buckley of Indian Trail; her grandchildren, Steven Gibson, Michael Gibson, Cody Gibson, Jordan Gibson, Camryn Gibson, Aryn Gibson, Peter Gibson, Morgan Buckley and Mark Buckley; and her siblings, Annie Stallings (Michael), Larry Griffin, Kenneth Griffin (Billie Jean), Rev. William "Bill" Griffin (Becky), Douglas Griffin, Katherine Tadlock (Sam), Dale Helms and Carol Plowman.
