It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Montague Wadford of Louisburg, North Carolina, born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul Montague Sr. and Helen Frances Montague. She is survived by: her husband Ricky; her daughter Tina Smith (Greg) of Louisburg; her stepson Chris Wadford of Youngsville; her brother Paul Montague (Pam) of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Megan Conrad (Ashley), Dillon Sykora (Hannah) and Shelby Sykora; her great grandchildren, Brady Dillon Sykora and Jaxson Scott Sykora; and her godchildren, Paige Cashwell and Tyler Melton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
She did love flowers and they are certainly accepted and appreciated, but if you desire to honor her in a different way, memorial contributions can be made in her honor to Calvary's Cross Baptist Church (Children's Ministry), 1807 NC-98, Louisburg, NC 27549.
