She was predeceased by : her grandson Jason Parish; and her siblings, Peggy Hinshaw, Lois Maxwell, Ocie McBride, Keith Lowe, Alonzo Lowe, Pete Lowe, Samuel Lowe, Ander Lowe and Cecil Lowe.
She is survived by : her husband Curtis Bartley; her sons-in-law, Sharon Lowe, David Lowe, Donna Saylor, John Saylor, Angie Fiebernitz and Chuck Fiebernitz; her stepdaughter Lana Smith; her grandchildren, Angel Ramey, Laura Hodges, Adam Lowe, Lindsey Ramey and Jake Lowe; and her stepgrandchildren, Robbie Caudle and Tammy Umstead.
