He is survived by: his children, Chris Newcomb and Melissa Shader (Paul); his grandchildren, Hannah Newcomb, Jacob Newcomb, Julianne Gibson and Madison Etheridge; his great grandchild Allyson Gibson; and his siblings, Michael Newcomb (Michelle), Timothy Wayne Newcomb (Deborah), Jeffrey Dale Newcomb (Lorrie) and Elizabeth Ann Murray (Charles).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Calendar Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar Kenly Cemetery Kenly Cemetery (610 W 2nd St, Kenly, NC 27542).
